1. Your next fight is January 25th live on Spike TV with Dean Lister. What advantages do you think you have over Lister?

Mainly my conditioning and punching power.

2. How do you vision the fight?

I see him trying to shoot on me agressiely from the start. I will wear him out by letting him shoot over and over and then I will go for the Knockout.

3. What have you done to train for your fight against Lister?

Usual training at Jackson’s and at my boxing trainers gym

4. Who have you trained with and/or would like to train with?

I have trained with all my team. Keith Jardine, Joey Villasenor, Rashad Evans, Diego Sanchez, Duane Ludwig, Elliott Marshall, Cody Donovan, Dan Christison, and also Georges St-Pierre.

5. Who are your heros, idols, or people who inspire you?

My only hero is Jesus Christ. Many inspire me though.

6. Are there any other fighting styles that you would like to learn?

Drunken Monkey Kung Fu. HA

7. How has your life changed since you entered the UFC?

More people recognize me in the USA.

8. What are some of your accomplishments?

Pancrase Champion, Black Belt BJJ, Japanexe JJ, and Jackson’s.

9. If Lister was reading this right now, what would you have to say to him?

I plan on him reading this.

10. Who are your sponsors?

Watching movies, spending time with family

1. What makes GAMMA-O different than other products out there?

4. Should women who are on estrogen or birth control bills take GAMMA-O which also boosts estrogen levels?

Gamma-O does not boost estrogen levels. It evens them out. Most women have trouble do to the estrogen spiking and then dipping. It is these peaks and valleys that make life uncomfortable during the menstrual cycle.

5. Same question for men, if they cycle testosterone or are on other medications that hype testosterone, should they take GAMMA-O?

If a man is on hormone replacement steroids he should consult he doctor before doing anything. We do have quite a few doctors that have taken there patients off testosterone and on Gamma-O with great results and it is much safer.

6. Is GAMMA-O for everyone or just athletes?

We have a versions for everyone. Men should know that low testosterone effects more than just muscles. It effects sex drive, energy levels, and even mental acuity.

7. When should one expect to see results?

10 days. You have to take Gamma-O everyday as it is a build up in the system. It seems the long one takes it the better they feel.

8. Does GAMMA-O come in a liquid or pill form?

Right now it is in a Liquid form but in April 07 we are releasing a new liquid gel cap

9. Are there any new additions to GAMMA-O?

The worse enemy of great is better. The only change we are making is putting it in a gel cap.

10. Which one of your products is the most popular and why?

The athlete product since that is the one we spend most time and money advertising.

11. Once you start GAMMA-O and decide months later to stop taking it, should one wean off of it?

No. Once you’re off you levels will slowing drop to where they were prior to using Gamma-O.

12. Are there any side effects or cautions one should know of before taking GAMMA-O?

None
