1. Tell me about your upcoming title bout. I will be fighting for Warfare Extreme in November for the Womens Welterweight World Title Belt here in Tuscon, AZ. The date has not yet been determined, we are still booking the venue.

2. Best wishes on your fight. What is your professional fight record? 18-0

3. Very nice! In addition to fighting you’ve recently started your own fight team. Tell us all about your team.
My fighters come from ALL Zipcodes, I have PRO and AM fighters, Men and Women. Currently we have about 50 fighters and still are looking for more talent. We have fighters just starting out and we also have seasoned veterans. My fighters are doing very well and I am very proud of each and every one of them. They call me “Mom” and each one of them is special and talented. We are like a family.

4. How did you chose the Apocolypse name for your team? I chose that name after a friend and I did a silly quiz online. We were both “Apocolypse” comic book characters, so I thought it would be a good name for a fight team. People always notice it is not spelled traditionally, I did it on purpose so it would be more unique and people could find us easier.

5. Who have you identified as “superstars” on your team? Hard question, I think they are all superstars…LOL I have an Elite team consisting of the most seasoned veterans..Josh Rabedeaux (27-2) Dale Gill (38-0) Anthony Barbier (23-9) Dallas Cordts (18-0) Mike Perez (6-1) Steve Talbot (8-1). I think all of my guys do spectacular and I have a few going for World Title Belts this year and I have some awesome Ammy fighters that have awesome records.

6. What criteria are you looking for when chosing new team members? We want decent members, who take training very seriously. It does not matter what your fight record is, if we see potential we pick them up. We have an application online at www.teamapocolypse.com to download and fill out to get back to us. I look for unique fighters with big hearts and are serious about becoming successful. Our team is growing and we are fighting all over the country and I will be sending people overseas next year.

7. What special challenges are you encountering as a female fighter manager? I think the funniest one is when fight promoters email me and call me dude or buddy. Fighters who want to join usually call me Sir until they see I am a woman. Suprisingly people have taken to me rather well. Some people are suprised when I call to book my fighters and everyone I have encountered so far have been very supportive and shocked I am doing so well with the team. There are some advantages being a woman manager, there are not that many out there. I have had a few people from Asia think my Assistant Manager or my Team Captain were the boss, but that is the only drawback I have had so far.

8. I’ve heard that your husband is a member of Team Apocolyspe. Also, I am aware that you have children. How do your children benefit from having two athletes as parents? Do they face any special difficulties? My children are still babies ages 4,2, and 1. My oldest kids have sparring gear and my 4 year old started martial arts at 3. My 2 year old can punch and kick and block and loves to play fight. My kids have an advantage having my husband and I as athletes, we can keep up with them. We do a lot of things as a family, the kids like to watch Mom and Dad train, they cheer for us. They have not encountered any difficulties because of it, except if we go to the store and I have a black eye or my husband is all bruised up people think we beat eachother up…well we do but only in training. People who know us think its cool that we are a fighting family, people who dont know us look at us funny wearing fight gear clothing and my 4 year old yelling “Tap Out” or “Go fight like The Iceman” in the grocery store. MMA is a big part of our lives and will always be.

9.What has been your most interesting fight thus far in your career? To me each one has been interesting, everyone had a different style. I think the most interesting one was when my opponent and I charged out of our corners at full speed and collided in the middle of the cage so hard it threw both of us backwards upon impact. That was a hard fight, but it was well worth it. I had a few broken bones by the time it was over, the impact was that hard. It had to be the greatest fight ever back in my earlier days of fighting.

10. Any particular opponent that you would like to fight?
I dont really name people, I respect them all. I want to fight anyone willing to step into the cage with me. Any woman that bleeds with me will always be my sister.

11. Tell us about your training regime and diet. My training regime is pretty strict. My husband and I train a lot. Training for us starts at 3 am before the kids wake up until 8am then we go about our daily business and start back up at 6pm-9pm and sometimes go longer at night. We work on everything from Muay Thai to Jujitsu. There are a lot of days we are very sore, but with him making his debut in Oct and me going for a World Title in November, the pain is worth it. As far as our diet we eat very well. We drink protein shakes for breakfast and eat very healthy. Lots of fruits and vegetables. We make sure to take our suppliments and vitamins. We dont believe in dieting we believe in eating sensibly.

12. Who is the team captain and what is his function?
My team captain is Steve “Cujo” Talbot. He helps me with fighter relations. Everyone calls him my hammer and he is one of my rocks. I have him on one side and my Assistant Manager on the other. Cujo is my comic relief and is a strong inforcer of our rules with our fighters. Cujo deals with a lot of things and offers advice to a lot of the fighters. Cujo also makes contact with people wanting to join the team and deals with the new recruit paperwork and makes sure everyone is on the same page and is training hard. Somedays I wonder how he does it being a Team Captain and a Police Officer, all I can say is Cujo and I never have a dull day in the office.

13. Who are the team sponsors? Would you tell us a little about each of them? We have some great Team Sponsors. Brawlic is our Official Glove Sponsor. Brawl and Maul is one of our Official Gear sponsors, Carnage Fight Gear is another Official Gear Sponsor. We have The Warrior Pit for our Official Personal Trainer for each of my fighters on top of their training, Combat Sports Psychology is for our fighters mental preparedness and well being, we are also proud to announce Cryogel as our Official pain relief sponsor. We are still looking for anyone else interested in sponsoring the team. I want to make sure my fighters are well prepared mentally, physically, emotionally, and are sporting the best in apparel. To visit our Official Sponsors please visit them online or go to our team webpage to get in touch with them. We have a few more things we need for our fighters, to learn how you can sponsor Team Apocolypse please send us an email at teamapocolypse@yahoo.com or call our office for details.

Is there anything else that you would like to share with us about your team? Your fight career? Anything else? Please feel free to use the rest of the space to talk about anything that interests you. I would like to thank all of our sponsors and tell my guys and girls how proud I am of them and thank all the people who support us. When I started the management team we were very small now we are a full service management team and are 50 fighters strong. We are always accepting applications and please visit us online at www.teamapocolypse.com or www.myspace.com/teamapocolypseinc. We also have a clothing and accessory line for Team Apocolypse fans and friends at www.myspace.com/teamapocolypsefightwear for bookings of any of our warriors please call us or email us our office line is 480-580-2827. We have fighters all over the country and you will be seeing them in a cage near you. I would like to thank my staff and fighters for all they do for the Team. Thank you Rhonda for the interview and you have been with us since the beginning of Team Apocolypse and you have been an honorary member since we started and you will be for a lifetime.

Thanks, Dallas! I appreciate your time and attention!

1. What makes GAMMA-O different than other products out there?

For one it works. We also offer a 100% money back guarantee and no one else does that! It is all natural and boost your bodies own testosterone as apposed to the other product raising test level synthetically hence side effects of steroids and you would fail a drug test.

2. What are the four GAMMA-O based products?

Athlete
For him (someone that does not train but wants to raise there test levels
Female Athlete (burns fat and tones)
Femestra- (helps regulate hormones and ease the menstrual cycle)

3. Where can one purchase your products and find out more information?

www.gammao.com is our office site. The top 1200 GNC’s carry it and local health clubs and gyms across the country.

4. Should women who are on estrogen or birth control bills take GAMMA-O which also boosts estrogen levels?

Gamma-O does not boost estrogen levels. It evens them out. Most women have trouble do to the estrogen spiking and then dipping. It is these peaks and valleys that make life uncomfortable during the menstrual cycle.

5. Same question for men, if they cycle testosterone or are on other medications that hype testosterone, should they take GAMMA-O?

If a man is on hormone replacement steroids he should consult he doctor before doing anything. We do have quite a few doctors that have taken there patients off testosterone and on Gamma-O with great results and it is much safer.

6. Is GAMMA-O for everyone or just athletes?

We have a versions for everyone. Men should know that low testosterone effects more than just muscles. It effects sex drive, energy levels, and even mental acuity.

7. When should one expect to see results?

10 days. You have to take Gamma-O everyday as it is a build up in the system. It seems the long one takes it the better they feel.

8. Does GAMMA-O come in a liquid or pill form?

Right now it is in a Liquid form but in April 07 we are releasing a new liquid gel cap

9. Are there any new additions to GAMMA-O?

The worse enemy of great is better. The only change we are making is putting it in a gel cap.

10. Which one of your products is the most popular and why?

The athlete product since that is the one we spend most time and money advertising.

11. Once you start GAMMA-O and decide months later to stop taking it, should one wean off of it?

No. Once you’re off you levels will slowing drop to where they were prior to using Gamma-O.

12. Are there any side effects or cautions one should know of before taking GAMMA-O?

None

13. Do you have any new products coming out soon or in the future?

Again just the Gamma-O liquid gel cap.

Thank you so much for your time John! Feel free to add an extra space to add any additional information!!!

1) Tell us a lill about you as a person?

I am a 32, I am an aircraft parts salesman (which is where I am right now), I
love music, video games, and I am a fan of MMA for over 10 years.

2) What is it about MMA that brings you to it?

It is the intensity and aggressive action combined with strategy. I was a
freestyle wrestler as a child, so for me to watch the skill these fighters use
in their body positioning is amazing.

3) What are your thoughts on the blow up of the MMA today in the US?

I think the success of the Ultimate Fighter TV show, and subsequently the
increase of popularity of the UFC and MMA, will take the sport to new heights.
The fights and fighters will just get better and better. Also, now we as fans
get to see the fight organizations go after the free agents like Quinton Jackson
and Cro Cop.

4) Who are some of your fav fighter and why?

My favorite fighter of all time is Tito Ortiz, probably for the reasons why most
people hate him. I love his disrespectful attitude and showboating style. The
grave digger celebration and custom t-shirts are very entertaining to me.

5) Who do you think should go after GSP and why?

I think Diego Sanchez has the best chance of beating Georges St. Pierre.
Sanchez is a very diverse fighter, and has all the skills to stand up with GSP.
Although, if I were Diego, I would take him to the ground and submit him like
Hughes did.

6) If you had the chance to get into the cage and spar with anyone who would it
be and why?

I would like to spar with Tito. I thought he was a really good coach on TUF.

7) Where is the one place youd rather be right now?

Home playing the new Scarface video game I got for Christmas.

8) Have you or would you ever consider fighting MMA style?

Yes. I am very interested in training for MMA competition, although that
requires time and money, which are limited resources.

9) What is the one move that makes you jump outta your seat like someone put a
needle on you seat?

The devastating knockout knee from the Muay Thai clinch position. Wanderlei
Silva probably had the best one when he knocked out Quinton Jackson and sent him
through the ropes.

10) What fight of 2006 would be your pick for fight of the year?

So far I would say the GSP and Hughes fight, although I hope tomorrow night tops
that one.

11) What other types of sports are you into?

Football, boxing, and basketball.

12) Does your family and friends understand why you like MMA?

Yes. Several of my friends are fight fans and we are gathering for the UFC
event tomorrow night. My sister likes the sport as well.

13) Have you listend to our radio show yet, if so thoughts please?

I have not had the chance to listen to it yet, but I am going to
http://www.myspace.com/mmadiscussionsradio later today to see what you have to
say.
