Today on a MMA Discussions Radio Toby Glenn is joined by Jamie “The Worm” Varner. Jamie Varner originally comes from Arizona and trains there. He is fighting in the WEC against Razor Rob McCullough. I discuss with him his fight with Hermes Franca, cutting weight, his training for this fight, and so much more. I also talked to him about something that’s really important to me which is MMA in Pennsylvania and we discuss what drives fighters to be high-level athletes in mixed martial arts from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania and why many of them move away after college.
